The author, Frederick Aldama, has written in (noting that we mentioned his talk at OSU in 2007 which I appear to have missed, darn it). His new book Your Brain on Latino Comics is out and he's started a blog about it as well. While mainstream superhero comics don't exactly leap to mind when one thinks Latino comics, one of the absolute best comic books is the Hernandez Brothers' Love & Rockets.
